Bellagio Beach Resort & Spa

The hotel was so nice and the architecture of the hotel is overall very unique and modern. All the food and restaurants was super nice we ate ate at both the lebanese and italian restaurants both super good there is a snack bar open from moeing till night and a dessert shop open 24 hours. Plus all the activities included never made us bored we always had something to do. All the staff there were exceptional and super nice including house keeping but i want to give special thanks to mr Omar Samy from start to the end of the trip he did not leave us in need of anything and sorted out any problems or questions we had he is part of the reason we will 100% go back to the hotel.

This was my second stay in this hotel. First was 2 years ago. I have seen much improvement this time, especially in Front office services (Special thanks to Wael and Madona who are going beyond their duty and making sure you feel like you are back to your friends' house) and Food and Beverage/Kitchen side. They are trying to make the interactive choices for places, so dont get to eat at the same venue every day. Also the food choices and products are much better now. Pastry choices are also more fun now. One day I asked for chicken the Sous Chef walked me to another end of the hotel by himself:) Also entertainment is much more versatile, you have a different program every evening and daytime. The quality of programs are very good and for all age. Big thank you to Omar, for assisting me with my little needs in a very friendly way, even though he was on vacation. The staff is very exceptional! I would definetly go back!

This hotel will exceed all your expectations they have a dedicated on site Operations Manager that will deal with any issue no matter how small. Ask for OMAR U need to stay here to understand their professionalism they went above and beyond our expectations. 10 Starts. If they have We have already booked to come and stay again.....

You feel the luxury from the moment you get in, beautiful lobby with seats for waiting check-in, very friendly staff (reception, housekeeping, bartending, waiters, etc!). We were pleased to be greeted by Omar (operations manager) to make our stay comfortable and made sure we had everything we need during our stay. There is 2 buffet restaurants and 2 a la carte (which we got for free for our last night), the food was delicious (many offer in the buffet for main dishes, salads, desserts, extras, etc). You get soft and alcoholic drinks included during the whole stay, you will get more premium quality at the lobby bar and in the rest you get regular quality but it's ok for day drinking while hanging out in the sun and swimming in the pool or in the sea. We had a lot of fun and relaxing time!! We will definitely come back :)

Super hotel! We review it from the perspective of a family of 2 (parents) +1 (3-year old daughter) + 2 (grandparents) who came to an all inclusive vacation and our observations are following. It has everything you need: - great offer for kids - many swimming pools, Kid's Club with amazing animators (great job, girls! 🙂, mini disco - kitesurfing & wingfoil spot, accessible straight from the hotel area, with superb instructors and great rental offer - clean, sandy beach & shallow lagoon that gives the front of the hotel pleasant, surf vibe - quite luxurious lobby with lounges, bar, reading area - 5-6 restaurants with very diverse food offer - very active team of animators that keep the party going - helpful staff - beach view from the sea-facing rooms (sunrises and sundowns are magnificent!)
